Your wedding is one of the most special days of your life! We are here to help you. We are glad to listen to what you are looking for. *

For your special day you may choose from one of QUEELHORST FAMRS three sites on our 5 acre property. ** There is no extra charge for changing your site for the ceremony.
Quellhorst Farm Venue with it's upstairs loft and main floor down stairs and warm white sparkling lights through out that give it the most romantic ambiance making the space a sure crowd-pleaser.
At the end of the evening sit around on our patio fire pit area and relax! (wood included.) *The fire pit can be lit at your request.
We provide ample parking in a lit parking lot and Handicap park right up in front of the venue with a parking attendant to guide you.

**We are partnered with the Holiday Inn Express in Wapakoneta, Ohio. They offer 10% off to all couples and their guests who book their wedding and/or reception with us.
Events & Galas
We hold several open houses a year on Sundays for our couples that book with us. That gives them ample time to go through our something borrowed room decor. Please refer to calendar for these. You may schedule for a personal tour or walk through on your own.​

Special Notes
* Worried about getting home or to the hotel? We have staff to take you there at a small fee. Just let us know ahead of time. you may leave your car over night until 9am the next morning.

* There are NO hidden fees at Quellhorst Farm. All all taxes are included. Along with no food, beverage or spending minimums. no guest count minimums. No china requirements. We do not require a percentage of the catering or bartending bill.

**PLEASE NOTE : WE DO REQUIRE A $100,000 EVENT INSURANCE POLICY ( usually only around $100). ALSO IF ALCOHOL IS BEING SERVED THERE IS A $100,000,000 EVENT INSURANCE POLICY IS REQUIRED( usually only around $150 -$200). You only need one or the other policy . *PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR HOME POLICY OR CAR INSURANCE PROVIDER FOR THESE POLICIES or at Event Helper.
