Event Pricing

Wedding & Reception

FRIDAY / SATURDAY 
 *DO IT  YOURSELF *
You receive exclusive use of the venue for ceremony  and / or reception for up to 175 guests, With two outside ceremony sites on excellent manicured grounds. plus, one indoors in our skylight lit loft area.
2021 - 2022 Wedding Season
Friday 5-9 /Saturday 10am-10pm package: $2800  flat fee.
RENTALS
Tablecloths - $150 flat fee
Chair covers -$75 flat fee
Silk table runners - $50
Ruffled table runners $100

*our couples budget the past few years has been $8,000 to $20,000.  We our a venue that inclusdes decorations for your use no extra charge and several great picture opportunities.
*A credit card to have on file is required 30 days prior to event for any damages that occur.

WHAT'S  INCLUDED:
* SATURDAY  10:00 am -10;00 pm with additional hour for clean up and vendor exit by 11:00 pm.
* If additional hours are needed for set up, they can be added at $125 an hour.
*22  - 8' tables that each seat 8 guests comfortably. With enough white chairs to accommodate  all. ** Tablecloths can be rented at a flat fee of $150.
*Now included are two farmhouse tables the for bridal party. Plus, one sweetheart table for the newly weds!
( sweetheart tables are all the rage in trend now. They give the bridal party time to sit with family and friends)
* Access to our" Something Borrowed Room", with lots of decor items for the ceremony  and reception, Burlap Tables runners , cake holders, table numbers, plate chargers, votives , lanterns , and signage , such as : pick a seat, not a side. GAMES  such as Corn Hole, Giant Jenga, At No Extra Charge!
* Use of "The Honey Suite" for the ladies to get ready and  use of "The man cave" for the guys.
* Enjoy a 1 hour engagement portrait session on the farm with your photographer.
* One and a half hour for rehearsal , either on Thursday evening or Wednesday evening. Or add Friday night 5-9 at $350. and enjoy plenty of time for set up, dinner and rehearsal.
*Use your own  licensed full-service caterer or choose one from our recommended vendors list .
* ALCOHOL: Bring in your own alcohol and use one of our bartenders for the evening at $150 for for the entire time. or speak with your caterer about bringing specialized drinks.
( NO outside guest with alcohol will be permitted. )
**  Prices are are subject to change prior to signing contract
* maximum capacity at this time, is 175 total guests, including bride, groom, and wedding party.
** CANCELLATION policy:  We reserve the right to cancel any event that we see getting out of hand.  If you the client cancels   there is No refund unless the date  is re-booked, then  you will receive 50% of the reservation fee back. If you the client breach the contract by not paying on time or any other reason we deem plausible . There will be No refund.
  As the owner of the Quellhorst farm venue We may cancel with a full refund to you in case of inclement weather or any act of God that is unforeseen.
   Some additional information for you: Our restrooms are very nice porta trailer with flush toilets, air conditioning, heat and a radio! There is no running water in the barn but there is a hand washing sink in kitchen for your use use. We provide you with a Large stand up freezer and a regular refrigerator for your use. Tablecloths for the serving tables in the kitchen are provided. We also have coffee pots, garbage bags , tacks for hanging things, dumpster for garbage,  and many other extras.
        Our season runs May through October. We do not have Heat in the barn. We do have a pellet burner and $ patio heaters for use in the barn if needed. We do have air conditioning on the lower level of the barn. We have lots fans and with the doors open there is a great breeze going through. Our loft area however does not.

LAWN GAMES:
Entertain your guests with our patio and fire pit area, S'mores bar, and Corn hole, Giant Jenga and yard yahtzee

CAKE PLATES + MORE:
From cake plates, to silver platters, cupcake/cake stands, Gold chargers And More!

*package (s) include All venue fees. A security officer is required at all events exceeding 50 people in which alcohol is served.
